便秘自然疗法
- 中药:传统的中药提供了大量治疗便秘的药方。研究人员对其中一个由大黄和甘草混合而成的药方 (在日本称为Daio-kanzo-to) 进行了研究。这项为期2周的双盲试验将132例便秘患者随机分成三组:安慰剂组、低剂量Daio-kanzo-to组和大剂量Daio-kanzo-to组。结果显示,大剂量Daio-kanzo-to组能显著改善便秘,而小剂量组则未发现疗效。
- 益生菌 (Probiotics):有些证据显示:单独服用益生菌或和益生元(促进益生菌生长的营养元素)联用可以改善便秘。例如,266例便秘妇女每天两次饮用含有双歧杆菌 (一种益生菌) 和果糖寡糖 (一种益生元) 的酸奶,持续2周,结果要比饮用普通酸奶的妇女明显改善便秘。另外一项为期6周、对274例以便秘为主要症状的肠易激综合征患者的双盲研究发现,给予含有双歧杆菌的益生菌配方能明显改善患者不适,增加排便次数。
- 心理因素:心理方面对便秘的影响同样也需要考虑。解决慢性便秘的部分关键就是减少患者对这个问题的担忧和焦虑。便秘的确不是件愉快的事情,但是还没到达“邪恶” 的程度。少想一点,倒是可能会有帮助。
