- 苯丙氨酸 (Phenylalanine):是一种天然的氨基酸,我们每天的饮食中都有摄入。有证据表明补充苯丙氨酸有助于减轻抑郁症状。有两项研究比较了补充苯丙氨酸与抗抑郁药物 “丙咪嗪” 治疗抑郁症之间的疗效差异。结果都显示两者疗效相当。
- 5-羟色胺酸 (5-HTP):已经有好几项初步研究支持5-HTP可能对治疗抑郁有效。其中,最好的一项是为期6周、涉及63例参与者。该研究给予参与者5-HTP(每天3次,每次100mg)或氟伏沙明类抗抑郁药物 “百忧解” (每天3次,每次50mg)。结果显示两者疗效相当,而且5-HTP引起的副作用要比“百忧解” 少而轻。主要的不适就是偶尔的轻度消化功能不良。
- 运动:运动有助于缓解抑郁情绪。在运动医学杂志上发表的一篇综述文章中,研究者通过分析已经发表的有关文献,总结得出一个非常肯定的结果:各种形式的运动都有助于改善抑郁情绪。
- 反复经颅磁刺激 (rTMS):rTMS就是反复地向大脑发射低频磁脉冲。越来越多的证据显示 rTMS 对治疗抑郁症有好处。比如在一项设计严谨的双盲临床试验中,研究人员给70例重症抑郁患者进行rTMS或假rTMS 治疗,为期2周。结果显示接受真实 rTMS 治疗的患者要比假 rTMS 治疗的患者有更显著的改善。另外,有一条特别有说服力的证据,研究者综合30项、共涉及1164例抑郁症患者的双盲研究后得出结论:rTMS对治疗抑郁症确实有一定的效果。
