糖尿病自然疗法
用于帮助控制血糖的自然疗法:
- 铬 (Chromium):早在1853年的医学报道就已指出:富含铬的用于酿造啤酒的酵母(每天9克)可以用于治疗糖尿病。铬是一种必需的微量元素,其在糖代谢中起到重要的作用。近来的一些研究也认同补充铬可以帮助2型糖尿病人控制血糖水平。联合使用铬和生物素 (Biotin) 可能更有效。
- 纤维 (Fiber):一些研究表明高纤维食物如欧车前、瓜尔胶(富含于豆类)、果胶(富含于水果)、燕麦麸、葫芦巴种子、葡甘露聚糖等可以改善糖耐量。因此,大多数的医生会建议糖尿病人多食富含纤维的食物,比如水果、蔬菜、燕麦以及全谷类食物。
- 人参:一些双盲试验显示使用西洋参(但不是其他的人参)可以帮助控制血糖。
- 芦荟 (Aloe vera):芦荟这种植物在史前就已经被用作治疗烧伤、伤口感染以及其他皮肤疾病的外用药。最近有研究认为食用芦荟还可能有助于2型糖尿病人控制血糖。例如,一项临床试验显示:经过2周的治疗后,使用芦荟的人血糖水平明显优于仅给与安慰剂的人。
